gsl-ref-html software package provides GNU Scientific Library (GSL) Reference Manual in html, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gsl-ref-html
gsl-ref-html is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gsl-ref-html package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gsl-ref-html *
You will get with gsl-ref-html package name, version, architecture and description in a table
